Before joining Encourage I worked in residential for 6 years as a therapist. My favorite parts of being a social worker are finding creative ways to solve problems and helping connect families with the resources they need. I've seen the difference foster parents can make in a child's life and I am excited to join the foster care world! In my free time I enjoy reading, baking, and spending time with my husband and our two sons.
