Kaytlyn Lumpp Receives ACCA Excellence In Direct Care Award

We are so proud to announce our very own, Kaytlyn Lumpp, Foster Care Coordinator, is the recipient of the Association of Christian Childcare Administrator’s 2025 Thomas E. Roberts Excellence in Direct Care Award!
Kaytlyn serves as the hands and feet of Christ. She prays for and with her foster families and coworkers, as well as reminding our foster parents to remain steady in their faith during the difficult times. She is humble, kind, and patient. She displays God’s love for others.
Three foster youth on her caseload have gotten baptized in the past six months, and Kaytlyn planting the seed and helping these children begin to see their worth in Christ laid the foundation for this. One of the children was baptized along with his mother who has also had a trying life and is working to break the generational cycle. Kaytlyn got invited to all the baptisms due to the impact she has had and the relationships she has established with those she serves.
