We are humbled and honored to announce that that Encourage Foster Care and our family of ministries has been recognized as a Best Christian Workplace for the ninth year in a row!
Our employees once again completed an annual anonymous survey that evaluated the workplace based on Best Christian Workplaces Institute’s proprietary “FLOURISH Model”: Fantastic teams, Life-giving work, Outstanding talent, Uplifting growth, Rewarding compensation, Inspirational leadership, Sustainable strategy, and Healthy communication. After the surveys were analyzed by the Best Christian Workplaces, we were recognized as Best Christian Workplace Certified 2025.

Our professional, compassionate team of more than 200 individuals helps children, adults and families across Ohio discover their true worth through safe environments, trusting relationships, and supportive mental health treatment.
