It’s an honor to share that CCHO and our family of ministries has been recognized as a Best Christian Workplace for the eighth year in a row! We were recognized among 262 faith-based organizations across the globe for our commitment to grow in areas such as Inspirational Leadership, Healthy Communication, Life-Giving Work, and more.
Our employees once again completed an annual anonymous survey that evaluated the workplace based on Best Christian Workplaces Institute’s proprietary “FLOURISH Model”: Fantastic teams, Life-giving work, Outstanding talent, Uplifting growth, Rewarding compensation, Inspirational leadership, Sustainable strategy, and Healthy communication.
Jay Bransford, President and CEO of Best Christian Workplaces, emphasizes: "Healthy Christian-led workplaces can succeed in spreading Christ-like service, character, and values to the world."
In a message to staff, CCHO President and CEO Kevin Hewitt said: “What a blessing and honor to work for a ministry that has had such a long run of a consistent, engaged workforce motivated to fulfill our purpose of helping people experience their worth in Christ – a workforce that repeatedly commented on the quality of people they work with and the strength of their team. I also think workforce is an excellent word to describe our staff, because the work we do is a “force.” A powerful force for healing, reconciliation, restoration, and hope. Every day we make a statement for good, that those we serve are so much more than what has happened to them, and that they have worth and a purpose.”
Our professional, compassionate team of more than 200 individuals helps children, adults and families across Ohio discover their true worth through safe environments, trusting relationships, and supportive mental health treatment. Our purpose of helping people experience their worth in Christ is at the forefront of all we do. If your passion aligns with our purpose, we invite you to explore career opportunities with us.
